時至雨水節氣,太陽的直射點也由南半球逐漸向赤道靠近了,這時的北半球,日照時數和強度都在增加,氣溫回升較快,來自海洋的暖濕空氣開始活躍,並漸漸向北挺進與冷空氣相遇,形成降雨。雨水時節,天氣變化不定,是全年寒流過程出現最多的時節之一,忽冷忽熱,乍暖還寒。
